RESERVATIONS

A 10 percent deposit is required on booking and the balance to be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Any monies paid will be refunded on early cancellation, levies the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or lodges. Late cancellations will be subjected to a charge of 25 percent.

RATES

Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and drive as per itinerary, meals on Safari, entrance fees to national parks and game reserves, and other attractions.

TRANSPORT

Car, minibus, land-cruisers or coaches will be provided according to route and number of clients. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English, German, French, speaking driver / guides are provided.

ACCOMMODATION

Based on two persons sharing a twin room with private bath are provided where possible. Single rooms are available at additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels/lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at other similar hotels/lodges/Camps.

TOUR ALTERATION

The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operations of scheduled tours if necessary.
It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

Prices as shown on our tariffs are based on costs prevailing and are subjected to change without notice.
